Need traffic

I need traffic to generate tech support calls for USA and U.K. I need to run hard pop up campaign on the traffic and to generate pop up calls. Also want to know how can I generate Microsoft office activation calls from any source.I know cloaking and I am using it from very long on Google and bing but got suspended many times.
Now my focus is how I can generate ms- office calls and a genuine traffic source from where I can generate atleast 500 hard pop up calls.

You could try to get on social media, and get followers whom are interested in your niché.
And link your website to it. Goodluck haha

It's not easy to get traffic from social media and my niche is completely banned

I know a lot of people who get a lot of traffic from social media.. buying shout outs on instagram or buying ads on facebook.. but if it is banned i have no idea to market it, sorry!
