Need traffic to my site (dating)

I have 2 links that I need traffic too (both dating sites). I need 1500 hits EACH day PER site. I am willing to pay. I need the majority of the traffic from from US (about 50%), I need this traffic to lower cpa conversions. I would prefer to get this going ASAP.

If all goes well, I will have more business in the following weeks. I prefer to find 1 or 2 providers to work with for long term business.
