Need traffic for programming tutorial website

I have a relatively new site with good free and paid content. I want traffic from kids and parents (English speaking countries, upper-middle income households > $100k household income)

I also have a budget of more than $100 / month. Additionally, I can put developer hours on top of any work you do.

Please give me estimates for what kind of strategies you have for building traffic, search ranking, etc.

Also, if possible, give a quote for SEO that you think could obtain:
1,000 non-bouncing legitimate new daily visitors, with high % converting to creating free accounts.

or better yet, 10,000 non-bouncing new daily visitors. I can allocate a much larger budget to you if you can deliver.

Your demography is worth gold, plus the non bouncing is even harder, considering...

I ONLY bounce on my favorite tut site (TizTag), that's the point, get in and get out!!

Something to think about when (E)"valuing" your visitor.

For the demographics you want to target, $100 a month is not enough. But they are good sell-able market. Some PPC maybe fb ads could build you some high quality traffic. Also social media for this type of content works wonders since word of mouth is a huge A+.

I'm not sure what you mean by a "much larger budget," but no number around the $100 area is enough to produce the volumes you're looking for. Given that, you're welcome to reach out to me directly to receive a formal quote.
