Need traffic for my blog

Hi all,

I am very new to internet business. I started creating blogs for marketing. I donno how to promote my product and also how to get traffic for my blog.

If any one have some good idea (for newbie level) to get more traffic for my blog, please suggest me

Try "Traffic exchange" networks and some "text ad exchange" websites .This is the best way to get some FREE traffic to your blog/website !
 
You'll find numerous posts about traffic here on the forum. Check also the member download area.
 
you can start doing backlink building which will increase your SE rankings for the keywords you target and therefore bring in free traffic to your site and potential buyers
 
you can build backlinks manually. Find high PR blogs that are relevant to your niche, and guest post/comment. The content you post however, should be helpful and engaging. Spammy guest posts/comments could actually do more harm then good. I would also find forums relevant to your niche and post there, with links to your site(still make sure your posts are helpful and relevant).
 
you can also use social sites such as twitter, facebook(create a facebook page for your blog) and reddit(locate the appropriate subreddit for your blog)
 
Choose your keywords
Do some on page seo
start doing link building

Link building will take time to show the effect, in the mean time put some money in Google adwords.
 
exchange traffic is easy way for newbies. good luck for future income...
 
You have to check your motives first before thinking about how to attract more traffic. If you're blogging for self serving reasons then you may be in the wrong direction. Your goal must be of help for others or become a resource blogger, where people find answers to their queries thus in return they will revisit your blog frequently. There are so many ways of attracting visitors to your site; and the first thing you should do is to leave thoughtful comments on other people's blogs and for them in return will also read yours.

Don't try exchange networks until you have enough traffic to give out.
Depending on your deadlines and budget, you can either do slowly build up audience in social media or go on and do media buying on other blogs and social media groups that are relevant to your topic.

Frankdevine pretty much gave you a good "to do" list.
Get your blog to be reviewed on forums and get feedback on how to improve it.
It will also give you some initial readers.
In addition to it - make similar groups on Facebook, pay other groups for posting link to yours and get some visitors.
Next, find a CPM network and buy their traffic.

And only when you have solid number of daily visitors, you can go into exchange.

Almost forgot, if you are planning on earning from your blog, you can put Nster widget on it in addition to old pal AdSense. :fing26:

this is probably the best checklist to follow.

just put in hard work (the hard part) and use the tools/sites on that list.
