Hello. I have 12 fanpages and need to create and schedule posts for future, and then the tool should automatically post them at set time. What is best solution for managing many fanpages at once? Could you advice some resources or just suggest how to handle that?I googled and found some, but not sure which ones are working, so just wonder which are checked and working fine for you. Thanks in advance!!

Buffer, Post planner, fptraffic are some that I know of. All three can do schedule posts.
They are also fairly cheap and they have a trial.
I'm sure there are a tone more out there.

Try mass planner for that mate, it does exactly what you described 
you can schedule as many posts as you want in advance, you can set exact times each day or have them random, you can pull posts from rss feeds from your site or just enter them yourself and a lot more.
