I just used vuivecf, thanks for all the replies guys. He is legit. I already had a PayPal account with $1,200 USD in it that I needed to add a bank account to. This is a US PayPal account and vuivecf was able to give me a bank account to get it verified with no issues. I would highly recommend him!!!!

Next time go to the gas station and get a "nFinanse" prepaid debit card. They take about 5-10 minutes to register and cost $13 total ($10 min. balance)

You get a routing and account number that will verify PayPal.
