Monetization should not be your biggest concern, growth ( views/subs ) should be. Monetization is relatively easy as long as you get the 4k/1k and follow YT guidelines

you can create a new adsense account just like a google account once you completed 4K watch hours and 1K Subscribers.
There is many monetised accounts for sale in market place, however you cannot delete any videos of that account, because that channel got monetised from the watch hours of those videos.
You can upload your own niche video and buy quality watch hours (External facebook views) , that will be best choice

Well, for 300$ or w/e the monetized channel costs these days, you can make 3 channels monetized with views and subs from panels.
