Need to setup Header Bidding and optimize ad revenues

I am currently looking for a developer who has good understanding of Javascript and DFP to setup Pre-bid wrapper on our website.

We are currently using the waterfall technique to serve ads.

We would like to setup header bidding and make sure all ad revenue is fully optimized. When apply please give a price for setting things up, monthly maintenance fee, and list your previous experience.
