Need to set up Postback for Content Locker

I am looking for someone experienced in php who can set up postback to work with my content locker so people get redirected to a new URL after offer completion.

I am using CPAGrip's RSS offer feed to display offers on my site so I believe all that's left is php part.

I have worked with postbacks before, which included Paypal postbacks and which controlled a licensing system which handled refunds/payments and correspondingly license acitvation/deactivation etc.

Updating this thread to say that I have made a deal with Repulsor.
Thanks to all who were interested in helping me!

Made out a nice system which redirects users after completion of offer , using the postbacks.

Task completed. Got payment.
