Need to send ~1000 emails with high inbox rate

Hello,

I have a small cold-email list of ~1000 addresses. I have an HTML template email (preferably you can use each address' first name in the subject line and in the body text, but if not, it isn't a big issue). I would like someone to send the HTML templated email to the list of ~1000 recipients with a high inboxing rate.

I tried sending my template to around 10-20 recipients and later found out that many of the emails landed in the spam folder, which is not good for my purposes.

Because the number of emails I am sending is so low, I imagine most services out there wouldn't take me as a client, so I'm trying to see if anyone here has the expertise. I am on a bit of a lower budget (hence why I don't just pay more for the services available out there and simply not use their full emailing capacity.).

Please let me know if anyone out there might be able to help!

Are you interested to sent those from gmail? may be 10 per account? we have such setup
