Need to resolve inactive followers

I have been using Instagress for my instagram account since I created it which was around May. Im at about 11.1K followers at the moment, but am only getting around 300-400 likes a photo... Honesty I feel as if my follower/comment activity has not changed even from around 9K which is really frustrating to me. I feel like I was getting more likes and activity a few weeks before, but I haven't even changed anything. I see people with 8-10K getting 600+ likes a photo. I just don't understand how my followers could be so inactive when I used to bot the comment/like photos that were included in my niche. Would love to hear any suggestions to resolve this and possibly get more active followers or just effective methods in general that will help me get more activity on my account. Thanks.

Try putting up more cat images. Even bots like cat images...

Pin more interesting and attractive images. The better your images, the more likes you'll get.

Haha, all jokes aside though my niche is automotive photography where I post all my content. People seem to like it, it just doesn't get too much attention.

Use better hashtags, upload more, follow other big accounts followers in your niche. Start using commenting as well to get your account out there
