Need to remove selling limit on ebay

I have US Paypal account with VBA(AVS) / CC / Phone verified. (1 month old)
Linked to ebay and bought some items from ebay.
Today I tried to sell a item, It asked phone verification, so I verified and now it saying

You can sell up to 0 items or up to $0.00 per month, whichever comes first.

You reached your selling limits for this month. Request a higher selling limit or check next month to see when you can list more items.

Also got a message from ebay

What is this meaning mate, I didn't get, I'm not using fiverr

Have you tried phoning ebay?

I am guessing they have linked the account to another, did you use the same paypal that's already associated with another ebay account?

No mate, I have only one ebay account and one paypal account.

Phone ebay and find out what's up, they are very good to deal with.

If you don't get the answer you need phone them everyday. You will find a person who hates their job and they will give you anything you need.
