hello i am living in pakistan but paypal service is not here will you guys know any have solution to use paypal while living in pakistan without being limited or banned

Only want to send and receive not want to withdraw

use a "real" ip from elsewhere, like thru a VPS. should be the same/similiar IP always.

can also validate the paypal thru a VCC

You can ... You can always buy PP to send and receive
