Hello, i need to PM an admin, but i'm reading that i cannot send pm until i make 15 post.
Is there an additional requirement after that? like being a member since 30 days? or i will be able to pm as soon as i reach the posts number?

Nopes.. You just need 15 posts (which counts.. No spamming.. No lounge posts etc) that is it.
