Need to ping multiple pages from multiple sites.

How would I do this? I've found some ping sites that just ping one page and I need lots of pages pinged.
I'm using WP if that helps

use http://www.bulkping.com/ just upload txt file on it and it will start pinging

You can get a list of ping sites and add them to word press, so everytime you make a post the pages will be pinged at once to multiple sites. You can find lists of ping sites everywhere.

When it comes to pinging a lot of pages that have not been pinged yet, there is a program called sick submitter. I believe they have a free trial period and you can create a list of urls and have them pinged to a lot of different ping sites.
