Pinging google = my blog page is indexed within seconds. (allthough i have PR=2 there)

I use bookmarking demon to ping. They suck in bookmarking now. I got no other use with it so why not just use it to ping.lol

I would say to ping it again when your content on the page changes. Other wise I just use the pinging for indexing.

ScrapeBox will do that for you, but if you doing for any reason other than webmaster referral traffic I would advise against it. Popping up in Google with 20k + links gonna get you whacked hard with the ban stick in Google.

Scrapebox has a built-in Pinger? I see that it has "ping mode", but that sounds
like referer spamming to me. There are plenty of scripts around, paid and free,
but you will need proxies or none of your pings will get through. And you may
not even know that they are failing, depending on the code of the script. So,
you'll need to scrape proxies, then test those proxies for connection and for
anonymity. Or you could just outsource your pinging for a reasonable price.
