Need to parse keywords from URLs

Looking for a script that can take a list of URLs and parse it by keywords. With output in 2 columns: url, keywords.

Similar to estibot online tool.

Anything free out there? If not, how much would it cost to make?

What do you mean by 'parse it by keywords'? Script should take keywords from domain name, meta tags, title, content?

any decent programmer would be able to write this in a short period of time so the cost shouldn't be too high.

extracting the root urls is pretty easy because they follow a pretty standard format and the keywords are typically delimited by hyphens, underscores, or plus signs

yes its pretty easy.
If you would make an example of what you want, then someone from us would be able to help you.
Just write here some URL you want to parse and then an output you would like to get from that url.
