Need to outrank or remove one Inner URL from Google

Hi, one website posted wrong information about my client. My clients wants to remove that url or outrank it to third page at least. Currently it's on first page for client's name. Please tell me what can be done and what be the charges?

If you want to completely remove the page from the index then use the Google search console, or if you want to outrank for a particular keyword then change the title and description of the page. This means don't mention that keyword into the title and description of that page and wait for few days so google will recrawl it and outrank it for that keyword

We don't own that website. It's a third party. He posted wrong information about my client.

Then contact the owner of that page and ask him to take down the page
