Need to open a US paypal account

I live in a country where paypal won't allow me to withdraw funds. So I need a US paypal verified account to get money from it. I read an article on how to verify US paypal account with payoneer account. Got registered with payoneer and later found out that paypal no longer supports account verification with payoneer.

Do you guys know of any other method to sign up with paypal as a US card holder?

search virtual credit card in google you will definitely find a provider that supports paypal verfication.

Virtual Card does not work. Sometime ago I tried it when I did not have actual credit card. Still you can try.

Like this he will get fake vcc. When he got some money on it paypal will limit his account and he is screwed

no you are wrong buddy.i am just using a pp canada account with vcc.its working fine from 2 months.making transactions easily
 
Do you only need the account to accept and spend money or will you need a withdrawal system?

There is NO LEGAL WAY to open US Paypal account for non-resident because of SSN confirmation (in cooperation with IRS).
If you agree to buy an account which belongs to the american who EVEN DOESN'T KNOW that his/her personal details is being used, you have a chance to loose your money and/or even get in jail while crossing-the US border.
Be warned and choose your way.
 
OP - No one will provide you guarantee for USA paypal account, you must be US-Citizen to get this, if paypal limited your account once they will ask for SSN verification that will never be restored until you provide them SSN (other verification you may get approval). So don't take risk. I will suggest you to make paypal for Hong-Kong country and use VCC with it, if they block the account PM ME then, I will surely get your account restored. GUARANTEE ASSURED BUT YOU SHOULD NOT HAVE DISPUTE CASES MORE THAN 2!
 
I doubt there is a solution out there, Paypal are strict and anything you do to trick their system may eventually work against you.
