Need to null a theme

I found this theme and I'm in love with it but I can't find it anywhere nulled! Seems like most all the websites targeting nulled themes are just using affiliate links to actually by the theme (may be a method I try in the future actually).

The theme is called Razzo. I can't post links yet but you can just google it, it's by megathemes.

If someone can help me null this I would be extremely grateful. Or maybe somebody on here is really good at doing this and willing to just help a brotha out.

does theme is effect on cowling speed or effect on traffic..??
