Need to max index 15M profile pages

I’m trying to get up to ~15 million profile pages indexed by Google (or other search engines). I’ve experimented with a few Telegram bots and some automated scripts, but nothing seems to be effective at scale.


I’m looking for suggestions for:

• Tools, services, or scripts that handle bulk URL submission or mass indexing
• Workflows or strategies that have worked for high-volume sites
• Ways to avoid penalties or crawling bottlenecks

Important notes:

• All pages are live and unique (not duplicate content)
• I want speed and reliability, not just one-off submissions
• Prefer solutions that don’t rely on manual URL input

Has anyone done something similar at multi-million scale? Any advice would be appreciated!

For that volume I would first look at feasibility:

How many unique domains are these 15 million profiles on? If it's only a few hundred domains that's still thousands of pages on a single domain being thrust in front of Googlebot's eyes at once. You probably want to batch up 20-30 or profiles from each domain and submit each batch daily.

Are the profile pages actually indexable? Any evidence of similar profiles on the same domain getting indexed? There's no use wasting resources on stuff that will never index.

For most functional indexing services you are easily looking at over $1k for a million credits. The old 'bulk' services don't work any more.
