Nothing is impossible. But if you want to try some quick BH methods, you should at least have a few bucks in your paypal so that you can buy some info domains. If you want to make money on a specific niche, then at least have money for domain and hosting. If you have zero money, then just go with a free hosting service such as 000web and a free domain provider co.cc, or use url shortening services like bit.ly
