Need to make a Email Address Decoding Script with PHP

I want to hire anyone who can make for me a Email Address decoding script with PHP. I want to use it for Craigslist advertising purpose. Craigslist just changes their system and now the email address is encrypt with some code like this: or
So, If anyone can make a Script what can decode this kind of email address for me then I will be grateful to him and I will be pay him good amount for this too. So, please let me know anyone who can done this for me?

That's not a coded email address, it's a real one made by craigslist for you, and the messages on it are forwarded to you.

I'm afraid not, if the user choose the privacy option, there is nothing you can do.
