You could put out videos on YT and other video sites telling people that you will do just about anything for money. Tell them to make a bid on how much they are willing to pay you in order to see you do whatever is they want to see.
Then you can actually pick and choose what you are willing to do...and not to mention when you record and upload the video of you doing what ever they requested...good chance it could go viral.
By the way, I'm dead serious. I know people that have done stuff like this when in a jam..only difference here is we aren't in a parking lot and there are tons more people on the web.

A couple of weeks back I tried this. Your right, women don't pay men for sex, but those Japanese business men are some kinky mofo's....
1. grab a camera
2. go in your bathroom
3. take a "sexy" picture of yourself ( as best you can if you're not sexy, use myspace angles )
4. connect it to your computer
5. download said picture to your hard drive

9. negotiate a place for it to go down. You may have to do your first gig for free in exchange for a a cheap motel room... but after that at least you can offer incalls - or you can offer outcalls ( which you can charge more for your travel )

13. depending on the price you negotiated, you may have to rinse and repeat this once or twice or maybe even 3 times to get $200.00, but it really shouldnt take more than a single day.
