There are a couple of croakers in the marketplace (section Misc.)
If you want to learn to cloak yourself, this involves mostly a bit of technical skills and specially testing and monitoring abilities. The idea is to sandbox fake ads and check who is coming from there (before ads have been verified, you will see incoming connections). Just must run a massive number of ads, from different parts of the world, to get the most access as possible. Once you have a big database, you simply need to route those addresses to clean ads to fake legibility. Once ads are published (ads or whatever you want to cloak, like Google bots and whatever, but generally cloaking is run for ads), then the rest of the addresses will be redirected to the real ad which is against TOS as you may want and expect.
And this hard work of screening, is why you may find most cloaking services are relatively expensive compared to other services. It's not something that they can set and forget, they have to be constantly monitoring for new addresses on the pools.

Nobody teaches general cloaking. It's sort of a black art. You gotta learn by reading, trial and error. Then ask specific questions as you go.

depends on your platform you want to advertise , if its facebook cloaking house would do fine . if its google you probably have to go for more sophisticated cloakers.

people usually don't wanna teach stuff. if u wanna cloak just learn basic php, and then make a script that:
- IP Blocking: checks the visitor's IP address against various external bots lists hosted on GitHub.
- User-Agent Filtering: examines the user's browser user-agent string to detect bots, crawlers, and scrapers.
- VPN & Country Restriction: determines if the visitor is using a VPN or if their country is not in the allowed list (US for example). If the IP is flagged as a VPN or comes from a restricted country, access is denied.
- Blacklist Management: The script maintains a local blacklist and blocks any previously flagged IPs to avoid wasting api calls and fetching the github lists over and over again.
- Visit Limit Enforcement: tracks visits per IP . If an IP exceeds five visits, it is blacklisted.
- Redirection & Blog Page: If an IP is blocked, the user is redirected to a static blog page about meme coins and airdrops. Otherwise, they are redirected to an external site.

Anyone can learn cloaking. All it takes is the ability to:
- Rent a VPS server or shared hosting.
- Buy domains.
- Purchase white pages or create them yourself (which is also quite simple).
- Host these white pages on your domains.
- Set up a flow in the cloaker, download the integration file, and place it on your domain (this usually takes just a few minutes).

You can use Cloaking House for cheap cloaking plans, and if you want the best service, JustCloakIt is a great option, though it's quite expensive. I’ve used JustCloakIt before for Google Ads and Facebook Ads—Google Ads accounts still got suspended, but Facebook Ads ran without issues.
