I just rechecked the websites page source, it wasn't built with WP. It's a custom coded website.

Bruh, that site doesn't use WordPress. Maybe it used it in the past like the screenshot you posted above says, the website is now custom built.

If you don't see
/wp-content/ in the code anywhere, it's 99.99% certainly not a WordPress site.It's that easy!
