Need To Know This EXCHANGE

Hello first of all, my query regarding an exchange, but I was not sure, where to put this thread, so i started it here in this "money making" category".

So, here is some thing, which i want to know, one of my competitor guy is using an "EXCHANGE" (trading platform) where he does the following tasks

From that exchange :

1. He buy btc (in advance) for exchange of gift cards (google play, steam, walmart etc)
2. He buy btc (in advance) for exchange of online wire accounts (online banks ids where he sent money and get btc)
3. He buy btc (in advance) for exchange of wallet accoutns (like cash app)

Main motive to know the exchange is, Obviously I also want to know, so that I can start of my own, he is trading over there and making let say 25% of profit of total transactions he do,

when i do under his hood, i get 5%, so i want to start my own trading account in that exchange.

Any inquiry is welcome, any help is appreciated.

*update : What he just told me, is its linked to "UBOT" (I have no idea about it, I google it but nothing relating)

thanks for the info, but i am aware of both of them, and these 2 are not the one, he is using, because the max rate we get on these exchange or portals is way far different (less) than he is offering.

So, i am sure, its not pax or lbc
