Steady, high PR back links. That is the way to do it. Basically, your PR is determined when Google has a PR update. During the PR update, your links are analyzed. At least, that's what I have always experienced with PR updates.

Was that sarcasm? A bunch of high pr links isn't the only thing that determines PR. That is just a VERY LARGE factor.

I do agree with rogger. Content is king, So you should write quality content for your website.

Backlinks from websites that have PR 3+ will increase your PR, but be careful, if google will find that you are building backlinks unnaturally it will penalize your website and ask you to disavow your backlinks that will lead to drop in your PR. Content or large traffic by itself will not improve your PR, backlinks were and are key drivers of PR rating. I have a website with over 1,100 pages of unique content and PR was sitting at 0 until that website started accumulating backlinks.

Yes you are right! but not only the content matters, you need to build niche relevant high PR (do-follow links) along with unique articles.

Page Rank is an algorithm that essentially counts the total number of links to your site...

Focus on gaining d0f0ll0w high page rank links particularly from sites that are relevant to your niche. While content on a technical level should not count towards Page Rank, in my experience I have seen that adding loads of content (hundreds of articles * 500 words or more) does appear to help improve page rank. For example, I have a client whose blog is a PR2 and root domain is PR1 although we have hardly built any links to the blog and most of the links go to the home page.

There are hell lotta factors man! You can't point just one or two points...you have to do a proper search...go and search google, you will find a hell lotta content also!

do some guest posting..
buy blog posting services..
buy some blog rolls...
just make sure you vary the anchors and used your url as anchor most of the time..
used them all listed above and not focus on 1 type of link only

The quickest way to bring up the site PR is have high authority sites link to your domain, properly do your internal linking, and get high PR related pages to link to your internal pages.

first of all change your content and work on ONPAGE make a good profile of your web.then submit of your site on high page rank site
it will give you high pr backlinks then do some social submission of your site it gives you traffic ..........

Get a bunch of DF comment links from high PR pages. There's tons of providers here in the BST section for low prices and you get links from PR5-6 pages easily. You could also do it yourself if you know how to, but it gets tedious very quickly unless you've got multiple VAs.
