Need to hire someone to work with ebay

I need several programs or bots related to ebay.

I'd like to work with a guy with ebay API knowledge but I don't know if that is even necessar for the first thing I need.

The first program would be a feedback booster.

What is that?

Very simple.
Given an account, the bot will look for 1cent items with free shipping and bid 1 cent. Just that.

As bonus features it might choose sellers so that it won't buy more than 1 item per seller per week, automatic payment, automatically leave feedback for sellers.

After this I need more stuff ebay related.

I think it's a easy job for an experienced coder.

After this I'll need more ebay bots. Account creators, etc...
