The professional will also provide: flash movies maybe needed
updates need to be given via msn / yahoo messenger

Additional Specifications for the Project
The successful person will design the site in photoshop, convert the image to xhtml transitional using css 3.0 and I will be programming the functionality myself in Java / Spring MVC.
