Need to Hire a Fulltime SEO Specialist or Freelancer

We are looking to hire an SEO specialist to handle all of the search engine optimization efforts for all of our clients. We are a smaller internet marketing company and have a wide variety of SEO campaigns from local clients to national campaigns. We are looking for either a freelancer who needs more work or someone who wants to come full time with us. We can either use a monthly retainer per client or a salary plus a smaller percentage of our client?s retainers. The structure is simple. If we do a good job and the client stays with us you get paid more. If they leave you get paid less. We are no slouches ourselves when it comes to SEO but our efforts are needed on the sales and marketing side for the agency plus product development for our other services. We are in the heart of one of the ten biggest cities in the US and rank 1-3 for search terms such as: ?[Our City] SEO?, ?[Our City] SEO Company?, [Our City] Marketing Company?, and more. The reason for not listing our name or city is for confidentiality and we currently have a vendor we are migrating away from. We can consider relocating the individual after some time working together.
Here is what we are looking for:

1. Develop an ongoing SEO program for our clients that has long term sustainability in mind but can develop results (page one rankings) within three to six months. We currently have a good idea but we will develop this together.
2. Execute the ongoing monthly SEO initiatives for our clients.
3. Have a close attention to detail.
4. Continually develop our SEO service and make it better.
5. Be aware and continue to monitor Google updates.
6. Develop test websites and have systems in place to identify key criteria in Google updates.
7. Be able to execute on page optimization for our clients.

3. Tell us about some of your past experiences and results. Please note ? we are not just looking for a very experience SEO talent. We have no problem taking a chance on someone who shows passion and wants to learn. People took chances on us and won big.
4. Are you well versed in Google analytics (or any other Analytical program) and Google Adwords?
5. What kind of costs should we be looking at to do SEO for our clients (i.e. copywriting, domain purchasing, guest blogging acquisitions, etc?)

We don?t mind considering companies but we are not looking to be a side piece of business. We want to be the main piece of business which is why we are willing to take risks on up and coming talent.
