Hi,
I need someone with a non indian paypal account to quickly make a 99 cent purchase on my ecommerce website. I only have indian paypal accounts and hence I cannot test it myself as india to india payments are not allowed. Please contact me here and I will send you the details. I can pay 3 USD for the work plus the product price (99 cents).

Use paypal test accounts to check out the payments.

This is how devs test functionalities, APIs and stuff. Its really handy. Helped me a lot when I code Paypal API related stuffs.

Still, for the final test, I always use real money.
