I found a youtube-view-exchange website - like an AUTOsurf.

Let your pc run for a night or two and get 1000s+ of views...

Only downside is no reviews/comments.

I did work, until my video got banned from youtube...

IDK what was wrong... it was basically a CPA promoting video that said GET A FREE WII!

There isn't anything saying that that violates their TOS.
