Anyone know of any free plugins that do this, or a hint in the right direction on how to achieve this?
I cannot find any documentation on the woocommerce API (not the rest api).

I have found a bunch of paid plugins that charge monthly or per label..which is retarded since USPS is completely free to generate labels.

I may even pay a freelancer if the price is right. This should be easy and take no time at all!

Why don't you just create them from paypal and connect paypal to woocommerce?

Because paypal isn't the payment processor, and the client wants to print shipping labels from the site.

Not sure what this comment is about? Trying to boost your post count or being sarcastic.
If the latter: It is 100% free to create shipping labels with the USPS API. I have already gotten that part. The issues i'm having are calling variables from woocommerce to send to USPS. My coding knowledge is failing me.
