[need to find] Step by Step Seo guide.

Hi friends,
sometimes back I read a great thread on how to launch an amazon affiliate site.
can you help me to find that thread?

OP wasn't discussing how to create a post etc.

More specifically it contained, how to create robot.txt, htaccess, how to index pages, when to index, when to add google analytic, add sitemap, how much time to wait after posting before start back linking, etc. in sequential manner, step by step.

I searched a lot but had no luck, any chance to find that thread?

I'm sure there will be at lease one person who remember that thread
