Depending on the country you're in, I would say find a job or get a loan. There's 0.001% chance that you try something and succeed to that extent in that short amount of time. I don't want to give you a life lesson, but successful people online are people who understand the value of ROI and often never find themselves in debt.
Other success stories' cases are very rare, and they definitely do not come from people asking stuff on a forum 1 week before a deadline.
So I'm not sure what you actually expected from posting here:
- Finding a secret method that gives you money out of the blue? That sound not so smart to be honest
- Listening people telling you get a loan or get a job ? Sounds sad you can't figure that out by yourself.
Anyway, sorry to be harsh, but just get offline and start looking for that money.

The situation is really bad, so .. Is there ANY way I can get 1000 bucks in a week with NO (or very small) investment?
At the moment I'm up for anything (literally), therefore .. just shoot it, please!
Sell your things, do you have old computer you didn't use anymore? an old car maybe?
Just sell everything you don't need or you have little use of.
If it's still can't get to $1000, you should really borrow from your friends.
There are no 100% guarantee in business, and if somebody convinced you they can give you $1000 in a week by giving them $100, you should run or end chat immediately.

if that's the case find work on peopleperhour or post some freelance work on the forum.Borrowing is an option (kind of, which makes it a HUGE trouble), but I'd like to settle this on my own. I'm an experienced web developer (no UI, but backend - 110%), I know a lot about finance ..
