Need to drop down or de-index a google result

I need to drop down several position or force de index a result on a google search, the website is a polish one that collects opinion on businesses and posted some comments not legally, they scraped our data from public sources and is illegal in Europe...we can force them by legal but will take lots of time...anyone can help?
