Decompile it as in extract the source code from it, or get the data that is inside of the iso?
Obtaining the source code may prove very difficult as developers often obfuscate their games. Extracting the content of the iso is another thing. Using a program like 7-zip or winrar could already work for what you need.
To extract the content of the .iso, you can do what was suggested above or you can also mount the image into Daemon Tools, then you can access the content from Windows Explorer or Total Commander for instance.
