Need to Crack Certifications

Hi Everyone, I work for an organization that has made it mandatory to complete certifications from Microsoft etc for being eligible for bonus. Sad part is that those certifications are way too expensive and they will only compensate if someone clears the exams. Last year I cleared a certification which was worth $900 by just passing marks. I am afraid that I might not be able to clear the intermediate and expert ones as we don't get much time after work.

I have a family and the company wants to spend my weekends completing courses, and I usually work on new tech stacks every day without completing courses or certifications. If job demands, I learn it from opensource resources by company wont understand. Even though they didn't gave any bonus last year and usually threaten to grade lower next year if certifications are not complete.

Can anyone help in getting certifications like A100, PL-500 etc?

I am just sick of going through courses and paying hefty for these courses even though I never use some of the tech stacks.

Hope someone understands the dilemma!

Also, I don't know why Tech Giants like Microsoft, Google etc makes their products and then to use them we have to pay for a course first to learn it. Why can't they just provide free trainings. I think its like a cancer industry that makes money by its own softwares.
