Ok i want to start a new site.Which tools do you suggest me to buy first?My budget is 200$.
Which are the tools that would best serve me now?
(I can buy the others later maybe,after I earn some cash)

Very useful info dennis123, thanks. Iv been blasting my adsense MNS with no hands seo but Im going to try to use your approach, submit my articles using AMR, create some web 2.0 sites and blast them with no hands SEO and I might purchase scrapebox.
