if buying accounts will solve your problem, then I suggest you look around the marketplace section. But I believe there is another way to achieve your goal without spending that much.

You should contact some cheap seller from your country because fb will put limit on group join and posting if you buy accounts from other country(created)

I think the account in the BHW marketplace is reputable. But honestly they are quite expensive
