Tempted to sell some but prices are going to go up most likely when the halving comes and less coins are getting mined http://blockrewards.com/. It might not make a big difference but a lot of the community seems to think it will go up, so I suggest getting it sooner than later but I think I'm going to hold onto mine for now but here is a post about how you can get them

I heard this site is good although I haven't used it but a lot of people say it's legit and works https://www.dogefordollars.com/..The only bad part is you gotta make sure they're open, they close a lot to stock up on more coins but below the buy coins button it will say if they are open or closed and when it will be open.

Yea there is a premium to buy with USD because it is a bit of a pain to buy them right now. Unless you have accounts already set up. right now you will only get about 55k after fees at current rate. (as of this min they change fast)
