Google vcc for your country + a call forwarding service, clear your cookies and flash cookies, change your ip and create an account.

If you use a router google how to change ip or mac address for that router.
You can make more accounts yourself for the same price you'll pay for one.
Its very easy, after your first account you'll be creating more in 10 mins literally.

Any ideas on how to get your account verified? I've been looking into creating fa*e VCC and fa*e bank accounts in order to get remove the dollar amount limit you can have on your PayPal.

yea they are, even the earlier ones that are govern by a different contract...those are really rare like the ones from 2000.
 
I have one from 2003, that I don't use but for our eBay stuff but we are losing interest in the ebay stuff..

no problems with that account. So yes, long time accounts. are the golden nuggets.
 
aged is priceless when you do blackhat :D . Just get a VCC , VPN for Ip then rock :D , i use many paypal account and all fine . plz remember all egg in one basket :D
