I have been with a website for a good amount of time. It has been around 9 months and with my main three keyword, the site is standing with 8 (Keyword Difficulty- 36), 9 (Keyword Difficulty- 19), 9(Keyword Difficulty- 30) [Keyword Difficulty by Keywordrevealer] for google.com (USA) now with already diverse link profile. I have not used any PBN links yet, only guest posting. Do you guys have any suggestions regarding how to boost the country specific ranks? I am targeting India where for all the three keywords the site is standing in google.co.in around 20-30s? Please give me your suggestions to push the site in google.co.in.

Consider that Google will determine country not only based on the domain name (like .co.uk or .com.au), but also the country of a website's physical location based upon IP address. You should switch your web host to one whose servers reside in India and not somewhere else, this will boost your rankings for sure.
Using PBN posts do help to boost your rankings better, provided that the Blog metrices should be good!

Thanks for your advice. I have recently chosen to switch to a Indian hosting from UK hosting service. Was wanting to know about about linking aspect, where I can manipulate more I think.

Happy to help :)
Switching to Indian host will definitely help you increasing rankings.
Increasing the number of high-quality links pointing at your website can significantly increase your chances of ranking well (Y) You can buy links from high metrices pbn with quality content written or go for other links such as links from web2.0s, links from guest post from a well established site (costly). There are many types of links you can get pointing your website. Many people on BHW are selling complete link building packages including me (not trying to sell, just a help so that you will get to know about links from various sources) This would help you get an idea about types of links.
Other than that, yes, get some backlinks from co.in!

Try to focus on getting back links from an authority site that should not contain any spam in it,where getting traffic from other country can be done by referring to the most keyword competition.
Do some keyword research based on your site, set your domain that brings more traffic, use social networking site and keep updates.
Keep tracking your site and use keywords that has low competition.

Thanks again. I have already had some new, powered up web2.0 + expired web 2.0(Tumblr +weebly), some press releases, couple of article directories, around 30+ blog comments, social bookmarks, tens of profile links, some image and art links, around 5 forum links, all major social networkings and lastly about 18 guest posts with average 25 DA( all are real blogs). Do you suggest any further diversification?

send some Google +1s, Facebook Shares and if possible, LinkedIn share as well. Make a facebook page, make a few posts and blast likes to those posts. Make a Twitter account, post a few tweets and blast some retweets to your tweets. Also make sure that your onpage Optimization is as perfect as possible. I really think your site is lackins social signals. By the way, the sites you're guest posting on, are they .in or .co.in websites?

You will get visitors by updating the content that could be shared on social media's. And try to get guest posts on sites with Indian alexa ( you can check it via alexa.com )

Thanks much for your input. The site has Facebook page, 1.3k followers, not real fans, that's why not getting enough linkes and shares of the posts, has Twitter account with 160 followers, Pinterest account with 36 engaging followers, has Tumblr blog, has YouTube channel with one video, also has Google + page. Would like to know about getting quick social shares in black hat way.

Most of the guest posting sites are from India and USA, some are from China and south-east asia. One question: does it necessarily be a .co.in or .in site or it just needs to be from India ( a .com or whatever site hosted in India) ?

Backlinks from only Indian TLDs such as .in, co.in etc. will send local signals helping you to rank for google.co.in

Does not matter whether you likes or followers are real on Social Media profiles, you can always buy Google+1s, Facebook shares, Twitter retweets, facebook post likes etc. Have a look in the BST section for Social signals services and order some. Just a suggestion though. Also find some India local business listing directory sites and list your website in there which will again help you send local signals to Google. Just my 2 cents :)

Thanks a lot for your response and advice. Would like to get helped in another aspect. I initially had wrongly fired GSA to my main site mildly, creating around 100 extremely cheap quality links. It was about six months back from now. Over the time, I decided to move to white hat techniques, after knowing that none fires GSA to the money site in 2016. Anyway, my question was over the time I have disavowed links (around 20 so far, as I do not have the list of the links created back then) that I found suspicious about, which I got from webmaster tools to compensate the damage. Do you guys think that could have an impact even after disavowing through six months in the ranking of the site?

I hope that your domain wasn't a dropped one?
Also, your On-Page optimization affects ranking.

No problem, Building links by tools directly to the main site are too risky these days. If they are low in quality then probably you may suffer from a continues drop in the ranking at some stage which leads to penalty. Before disavow the links, you should check GMT for whether you got any warning message. If not, then you don't have to worry, just keep build quality links manually.
