Need to automate video posts on Instagram

Recently decided to get back in the instagram game and discovered that massplanner is shut down. I have follow liker but as far as I'm aware, it doesn't support video. Does anybody have an idea of a program that can automate video posts, preferably with through proxies as well to allow multiple accounts to be used.
