Need To Approved Without Website.. Possible?

I Owned Big Facebook Pages With USA, UK Top ... and i need to signup on a CPA network but the main problem is i don't OWNED any website.. i can just give real traffic from UK, Aus, USa through facebook pages.. so is there anyway to get approved without having a WEBSITE?

please help!

LOL i am part of almost 150+ CPA networks and trust me i got in all of them without a website but i suggest yu have one btw some networks that im into are really badass and they are very very private i bet anyone from BHW is with them :)

so can you tell me how to get a part of atleast 5 network if you telling true it should be not a problem for u :D
 
I wont tell you the private networks for obvious reasons but i can surely recommend you solid networks that will take good care of you according to the offers you are running, so let me know your niche be it dating,gaming etc. and i will let you list of good networks that specialize in those niches.
 
Any specific CPA you wanna apply for.I applied to CPA_lead without any website plus they promoted my account status to gold without any earning ...But i am not using it at the moment.
 
You can, yes. Tell them that your main business is based on list building. Say that you have 10.000 subscribers (or whatever you want) in various niches. They accept that.
 
Just say you will drive traffic through email marketing, then just BS if they ask for more information. I've done that for a couple of CPA networks and I have had no problem with getting approved.

yes they will approved it, just say you will use ppc. its like a magic for me.
 
I told them that i have a legit 10,000 Us member list to whom i want to advertise. As Expected this worked.
 
you can get approved saying that you promote by ppc or eMail marketings, it doesnt require a website. Just check threads in cpa section about how to get approved to any network.
