need tips to avoid paypal chargeback

Hi fellas, I have this guy who is trying to scam me, he thinks he's smart enough to scam everyone(already did a chargeback on a friend of mine) so I'm looking the way to f*ck him.

The method he use is the typical chargeback from paypal. He send the money, get what he wants and then make a chargeback, that's the way he scammed a friend and the way that he's trying to scam me too.

What you guys recommend? He's about to send me some money but I don't have idea how to avoid the chargeback. Hope you guys can help me, sorry for my bad english.

I'm not trying to revenge, I'm just trying to keep my money for the work I did.

Ask him to send the money as "friends and family" so it's harder for him to chargeback.

I'm not saying he can't but, he'll have to contact PayPal directly and deal with them about it.

If he scammed your friend I have a feeling you/your friend don't know how to defend your side of a paypal chargeback.

If he's using the "my account was compromised" type of chargeback, I can concede that it's practically invincible, but the downside is that that kind of chargeback raises a ton of flags, you can't get away with it many times in succession.

Which probably means he just charges back on a "goods not delivered" chargeback, which is pretty much very easy to contest, even for digital products, given you know how to negotiate and talk your way to Paypal support. At the same time, what exactly do you mean "fuck" him over? You mean getting your due money for the work/goods you delivered to him? That'll show him...

If you manage to receive the money as the payment of service it could be hard for him to make a chargeback.
If it is to buy a product or just send money as a friend he could do a chargeback very easily.

Make your mind up... first you say he sends the money and then gets the goods and does a chargeback....and then you say he is about to send the money.... and now you say you have done work for a known scammer and want to keep the money....

I did the job not knowing that he is a scammer, what can I tell you.. the money is already pending I only have to accept it

If I send the money to a friend, his account get involved? I mean, paypal chargeback him? I don't want to fuck his acoount
