If you get hold of a nulled copy of the theme be careful... I did that in the past and found that the damn thing had a bunch of back doors for hackers etc... Also the same thing with plugins... So my advice is to stay away from such things and buy it from the actual vendor... for around $50 I'm sure you can work your way to purchase that... In the meantime I would compromise and go with a free available theme ... Good luck!
