Need theme based on sleek child theme

Hi all, basically I'm a tradesman and want a site rebuild based on the child theme sleek by studiopress. My current site isnt brilliant to work with and sleek looks great. I'm families with another site built on it and I'm basically hoping to achieve the same. I can pm a link to the site I like however it's just totally image heavy. I just want something similar so just need a template doing that will sit in genesis and sleek framework and I will add all content etc.
a ball park price guide before we start would be most appreciated. The site I like is electricianinnelson with uk domain I have blown my budget this side of Christmas and it may have to wait if it's going to be a lot but just thought I'd ask on here incase anyone had a spare bit of time they wanted to fill.

I can code for Genesis Child Theme and I've watched elec...co.uk and have good solution for very low graphic load.
