Need Texting service/partners

I am looking for a partner that can help me with some mass texting I need a very simple Text sent out with a message saying do you remember me that says my new number attached to me if you want a good time and for them to get the new number. A picture also would be nice. I can pay 2 to 4 cents per text.
I'd like to do a test 1st with a 1000 to see how it goes and then we can go from there.

Total I have about 518000 text That need to be sent immediately so this will be something that will be a long term partnership
